No. Its transparent areas leave your inner garment visible. Wear it over a suitable top or dress that provides coverage.

How should I choose the size of this top?

For this top, compare the garment's bust measurement with a similar piece that fits you comfortably. For reference, the US 6 chart row lists bust 74.5 cm. These are finished-garment measurements, not your body measurements. Leave room for the outfit you will wear underneath.
